Physical Therapist - PRN

McKinney, TX

$60.00 PRN Rate

 

Seeking a PRN physical therapist with orthopedic experience and excellent manual therapy skills to join our team in Mckinney. This clinic sees a variety of conditions including ortho diagnoses from post-op repairs to work injuries to chronic pain , pts vestibular disorder. Candidates should be energetic, possess excellent relationship-building qualities, and have a go-getter attitude. 

Responsibilities

  • Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
  • Patient Case Load Average: 10-12
  • Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
  • Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
  • Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
  • Promoting continuous quality improvement
  • Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed

Qualifications

  • Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
  • Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
