The role of the Front Office Administrator is to provide exceptional service to patients and customers while providing outstanding support to practitioners. The Front Office Administrator ensures that patient needs and visit expectations are met at check-in and check-out while maintaining a seamless operation of the clinicās fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Ā· Greets everyone in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Ā· Intake patients quickly and accurately.
Ā· Schedules new referrals received by fax or by telephone.
Ā· Verifies insurance coverage for patients.
Ā· Collects patient payments.
Ā· Maintains an orderly and organized front office workspace.
Ā· Obtains authorizations from insurance companies for services.
Ā· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Ā· High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ā· Experience in medical office preferred.
Ā· Essential to be able to multitask.
Ā· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ā· Strong organizational detail.
Ā· Efficient time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Ā· Ability to handle heavy phone work and provide top-notch service.
Ā· A strong level of comfort navigating a computer and ability learn new computer programs.
Ā· To perform this job successfully, an individual should have comfort navigating a computer and ability to learn new computer programs.
Ā· Knowledge of Insurance Websites, Host Systems (Opie), Workflow tools and Microsoft Processing software.
**$18-$21/hr compensation determined based on candidate's skills, experience, knowledge, geographic location, and other variables.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
