The Microsoft O365 Cloud Administrative Engineer is a technology professional responsible for delivering hands-on technical support to oversee and sustain the organization’s Office 365 environments and associated technologies. This role encompasses a range of tasks, including the management, configuration, and upkeep of Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platforms. Additionally, this position will participate in new acquisitions and the migration of Office 365 tenants. Responsibilities include: Overseeing and sustaining the Company's SharePoint Online environments, setting up features, resolving issues, and guaranteeing peak performance within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem; Collaborating with various stakeholders and technology support teams to coordinate system activities; Diagnosing and resolving problems effectively; Identifying opportunities for automation to enhance processes, workflows, or system uptime; Ensuring comprehensive monitoring of Office 365 and maintaining accurate system documentation.
