ASG is seeking a Collection Management Analyst. This role sits at the intersection of intelligence collection, mission management, and national security strategy, ensuring intelligence requirements are properly translated into effective collection efforts. The successful candidate will help develop collection priorities, assess collection posture, identify intelligence gaps, and coordinate with Intelligence Community partners to ensure national security decision makers receive timely and relevant intelligence support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and prioritize intelligence collection requirements supporting mission objectives.
  • Assess and monitor collection posture across multiple intelligence disciplines to ensure alignment with national security and counterintelligence priorities.
  • Identify collection gaps, overlaps, shortfalls, and emerging intelligence requirements and recommend appropriate collection strategies.
  • Coordinate with Intelligence Community collection managers, analysts, and operational stakeholders to synchronize collection activities.
  • Analyze intelligence reporting and collection performance to determine effectiveness against priority intelligence requirements.
  • Develop collection plans and strategies addressing current and emerging threats to U.S. national security interests.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on intelligence collection processes, requirements management, and collection operations.
  • Support resource allocation decisions by identifying collection priorities and recommending changes to improve mission effectiveness.
  • Prepare and deliver briefings for senior government officials, interagency working groups, and Intelligence Community leadership regarding collection posture, intelligence gaps, and collection effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with collection professionals from the Intelligence Community organizations to ensure comprehensive collection coverage and integration across mission areas.
Required Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
  • 8+ years of professional experience in intelligence collection management, intelligence analysis, mission management, counterintelligence, or related national security disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience developing, managing, or assessing intelligence collection requirements and collection activities.
  • Experience supporting Intelligence Community or DoD intelligence missions.
  • Working knowledge of Intelligence Community collection disciplines, collection management processes, and requirements management frameworks.
  • Experience producing intelligence assessments, collection plans, briefing materials, or decision-support products for senior government consumers.
  • Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills with proven ability to brief senior leaders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting national-level Intelligence Community organizations.
  • Master's degree in Intelligence Studies, Security Studies, International Relations, National Security Studies, or related field.
  • Experience with intelligence collection management, mission management, requirements management, or ISR planning processes.
  • Knowledge of Intelligence Community collection capabilities, priorities, and governance processes.
  • Experience evaluating collection effectiveness and developing recommendations to address intelligence gaps.
  • Familiarity with national security strategy, Intelligence Community operations, and mission priorities.
