Federal Enterprise Account Executive
Location: Hybrid | In-Office Options
About the Role
TechnoMile is seeking a senior Federal Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth of the SIMS Suite across the federal government, with an emphasis on national security, defense, intelligence, civilian, and mission-oriented agencies.
This is a strategic, high-impact role for a proven federal seller who has personally built, shaped, negotiated, and closed multi-million-dollar software or mission technology deals with the U.S. Government.
We are looking for a true pathfinder: someone with deep federal domain expertise, strong government contracting knowledge, and the ability to operate independently in complex, ambiguous markets. This person must be able to identify opportunity, build relationships, shape requirements, align procurement strategy, and create new revenue paths where they may not already exist.
The ideal candidate understands how federal agencies buy, how mission programs are funded, how acquisition and contracting teams make decisions, and how to navigate complex stakeholder environments across mission, acquisition, security, cyber, IT, records, compliance, and executive leadership.
This role will focus on expanding SIMS adoption across agencies and mission programs that require secure information management, industrial security, facility clearance, contract lifecycle, controlled information, workflow automation, AI-enabled decision support, and mission-critical records management.

- Identify and penetrate target programs tied to industrial security, contract management, controlled information, SCIF/lifecycle management, records, compliance, and secure workflow modernization.
- Build qualified pipeline through direct prospecting, executive relationship development, partner co-selling, industry engagement, and capture alignment.
- Operate independently as a market builder, not only as a responder to existing demand.
Sales Execution

- Engage senior federal stakeholders, including:
- Mission and program leadership
- PEOs, PMOs, and portfolio owners
- CIO, CISO, CTO, and cyber leadership
- Acquisition and contracting officials
- Security, industrial security, and compliance leaders
- Records, legal, audit, and operational stakeholders
- Position SIMS as a secure system of record and workflow platform that improves mission readiness, auditability, compliance, operational visibility, and risk reduction.

- Position SIMS within broader modernization, secure data, AI, compliance, records, contract lifecycle, and mission workflow initiatives.

Market & Mission Presence
- RepresentTechnoMileand the SIMS Suite at federal industry days, partner events, agency forums, and mission-focused engagements.
