This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA

This is your chance to be part of a Finance Team that manages all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management. As Manager Honors Finance Integration on the Hilton Honors Finance team reporting to the Senior Director Honors Finance, you will be a critical connector across Finance, Accounting, and business teams. You will transform complex financial information into executive-ready insights, lead critical projects, strengthen governance processes, and help further high-quality decision-making across the Hilton Honors program and related partnerships.

What you'll do during a typical day:

  • Translate financial results, budgets, and forecasts into executive-ready insights, highlighting important risks, opportunities, and actions.
  • Prepare accruals, support month-end close, and strengthen controls, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Improve forecasting, reporting, and decision-support processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Lead projects, including breakage studies, data projects, and AI-driven process improvements.

How you'll collaborate with others:

  • Partner with finance and business teams to support reporting and important projects.
  • Collaborate with accounting, audit, and consulting partners to support close activities, financial processes & controls, and finance projects.
  • Work with Data & Analytics and enterprise technology teams to improve data quality, reporting dashboards, operational efficiency, and AI-enabled finance projects.

Projects you'll take ownership of:

  • Lead annual actuarial breakage studies, ensuring accurate data, controls, and audit-ready documentation.
  • Guide team efficiency projects over reporting and data readiness, including adoption of new tools while considering and optimizing for governance financial processes & controls.

What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or financial reporting.
  • General accounting knowledge, including accruals, financial controls, and financial statement impacts.
  • Demonstrated experience developing executive-level presentations
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects involving multiple teams.

It would be useful if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience with accruals, month-end close, financial controls, governance, and financial statement analysis.
  • Experience supporting loyalty, hospitality, travel, subscription, or similar consumer programs.

The pay range for this role is $100,000 – $145,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
