About the Role

TechnoMile is a fast-growing, PE-backed GovCon SaaS company (~200 employees across the US and India) on an exciting growth trajectory that includes active M&A. We're investing heavily in our People function and looking for a People Operations Manager to help us build the operational infrastructure to match our ambition.

You'll own the systems, processes, and data that power our People function, from HRIS and compensation to compliance, payroll, and onboarding. You'll play a central role in implementing new platforms (including our compensation tool, CandorIQ), modernizing how we operate across two countries, and building something you can point to and say "I built that."

This is a player/coach role with real ownership from day one. You'll manage our HR Lead in India, own the systems and processes that power a two-country People function, and shape how a growing company operates at scale. Ideal for someone who loves building and is energized by making things better.

We are an AI-forward organization. Every role in this function is expected to leverage AI as a core part of how they work, not as a side initiative.

What You'll Own

  • HRIS strategy and administration, including leading a planned platform migration
  • Compensation platform implementation, partnering with the CPO to build job architecture, career levels, and salary bands across US and India
  • Onboarding program re-design and ownership, building a consistent, scalable experience for new hires across US and India
  • Offboarding and exit process, including standardizing exit interviews so we have real data on why people leave
  • Employee lifecycle administration: promotions, transfers, role changes, and terminations handled consistently and documented properly
  • Benefits administration oversight, owning the broker relationship and ongoing employee benefits experience
  • Compliance across both geographies, including emerging pay transparency requirements
  • Payroll operations oversight for US and India
  • Design and automate People Operations workflows, leveragingAI and modern tooling to replace manual, person-dependent processes
  • People data, reporting, and analytics that give leadership real visibility into the business
  • Support People Operations integration for future acquisitions, including system migration and data onboarding for new employee populations
  • Management and development of our India-based HR Lead

What You Bring

  • 5-8+ years in People Operations or HR Operations, with experience scaling and professionalizing the function
  • Hands-on experience implementing and managing HRIS platforms, compensation tools, and workflow automation
  • Experience supporting US and international employee populations (India experience a plus)
  • Comfortable as a player/coach: building and executing directly while designing for future scale
  • ExperienceleveragingAI to improve People Operations, whether through intelligent automation, data quality, reporting, or process efficiency. This isnon-negotiable.We'rebuilding an AI-forward Peoplefunctionand this is core to how we expect every role tooperate.
  • Strong data instincts and a bias toward evidence over assumption
  • PE-backed, high-growth, or M&A environment experience is a plus
