The Senior Accountant – Owner Reporting ensures the accuracy, transparency and timeliness of owner-related financial reporting while serving as a key liaison between accounting and ownership groups. This role supports financial statement preparation, cash management and reporting while mentoring junior team members and driving process improvement. What You’ll Do: • Prepare and review ledger reconciliations, balance sheets and income statements • Ensure owner-related accounting complies with GAAP and company policies • Review and coach offshore team members on journal entries and reconciliations • Analyze owner portfolio cash needs to ensure adequate working capital • Serve as primary contact for owner financial inquiries and ad hoc reporting • Partner cross-functionally with Asset Management, Treasury and Finance teams • Prepare audit schedules and support external audit requests • Identify and implement reporting process improvements Senior Accountant – Owner Reporting – Deliver Accurate Financial Reporting and Partner with Ownership Groups Senior Accountant | Owner Reporting | Financial Reporting | GAAP | Real Estate Accounting | Financial Analysis

Pay Range:

74,880.00 - 93,600.00
