Senior Analyst, Group Sales Analytics

This is your chance to be part of the next generation Strategy, Insights, and Analytics team of internal consultants to all teams across Hilton! The team ensures that Hilton's strategy and customer experience are informed by analytics and customer insights combining technical talent with industry expertise to guide progress towards Hilton's goals. As a Sr Analyst, Group Sales Analytics,you will support Hilton's Customers, Brands, Marketing, Digital, Revenue, and Sales organizations, with special support for the executive leadership team. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Analytics, you will support projects including impactful analytics projects, from executive‑ready reporting and dashboards to deep‑dive insights, that shape group sales strategy and business performance.

What you'll do during a typical day:

• Deliver recurring reporting and actionable insights that help leaders understand group sales performance and make informed business decisions.
• Analyze ad-hoc business questions, connect data across multiple sources, and translate findings into clear, executive-friendly recommendations.
• Monitor reporting and system changes, validate data quality, and continuously improve processes.

How you'll collaborate with others:

• Partner with cross-functional teams like EAD, BI, and Analytics Product on data quality, automation, and dashboard development
• Partnering with Pricing Analytics, Digital Analytics, HRCC Analytics, and other internal groups to link the group customer journey

Deliverables you'll take ownership of:

• Monthly Group reporting and data reconciliation
• Earnings call and day to day strategic support
• GM&E and Group Sales Dashboard development

What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:

• Three (3) years of professional experience
• Two (2) years of experience using data to translate insights into business recommendations
• Experience writing SQL queries

It would be useful if you have:

• Hospitality Group Sales experience
• Experience using Delphi.fdc
• R, Python, Alteryx automation skills

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $77,500 – $110,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
