Graham Technologies is seeking a Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to support stakeholder coordination, communications, requirements gathering, and engagement activities for a federal government program. The successful candidate will work closely with government stakeholders, program leadership, business teams, and technical personnel to facilitate communication, identify stakeholder needs, and support successful program outcomes.

Location: WFH with the ability to travel to the customer site in the DC area periodically

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between government stakeholders, program leadership, business teams, and technical teams.

  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings, working sessions, interviews, and other engagement activities.

  • Gather, document, and communicate stakeholder needs, concerns, priorities, and requirements.

  • Develop stakeholder communications, meeting materials, presentations, briefings, and status updates.

  • Maintain stakeholder engagement documentation, action items, decisions, and follow-up activities.

  • Facilitate discussions to clarify business needs, requirements, priorities, and expected outcomes.

  • Track stakeholder issues, risks, dependencies, and decisions through resolution.

  • Coordinate with Business Analysts, Technical Writers, testers, and other project team members to ensure stakeholder requirements are understood and addressed.

  • Support change management and communication activities associated with new processes, systems, or program initiatives.

  • Build and maintain productive working relationships with stakeholders across organizational and functional areas.

  • Support program leadership with stakeholder reporting and engagement planning.

Required Skills

Experience:

  • Professional experience supporting stakeholder engagement, business analysis, program/project coordination, communications, or a related function.

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups and coordinating across business and technical teams.

  • Experience gathering, documenting, and communicating business or stakeholder requirements.

  • Experience facilitating meetings and tracking actions, decisions, and follow-up items.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

Public Trust:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 2 (Moderate Risk) Public Trust determination as required for the position.

Skills / Tools:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Stakeholder relationship management and interpersonal skills.

  • Meeting facilitation and presentation skills.

  • Requirements gathering and documentation.

  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Desired Skills

  • Experience supporting Federal Government programs.

  • Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams.

  • Experience with stakeholder analysis, engagement planning, or change management.

  • Experience translating complex technical or program information into clear communications for different audiences.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar collaboration and requirements-management platforms.
