Position Description:

Leads warehouse and supply chain operations in support of IT asset management, logistics, and distribution for large-scale federal programs. Responsible for operational execution, workforce leadership, and continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics processes.

The Warehouse Manager oversees daily warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management supporting IT equipment and program needs. This role ensures efficient inventory management, timely distribution, and compliance with SLAs and federal requirements.

This is not a “run the floor” role. This is a program-level operator responsible for optimizing logistics at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, storage, and distribution 
  • Manage IT asset lifecycle including procurement, tracking, deployment, and disposal 
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, supply chain processes, and quality standards 
  • Lead and develop warehouse personnel, including training and performance management 
  • Implement and optimize warehouse workflows and logistics strategies 
  • Track and report on key performance metrics (inventory accuracy, delivery timelines, etc.) 
  • Coordinate with program leadership, procurement teams, and technical stakeholders 
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations (FAR/DFAR where applicable) 
  • Drive continuous improvement in logistics efficiency, cost reduction, and service delivery 
  • Support supply chain risk management and operational planning 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in warehouse management or related discipline 
  • Proven experience managing warehouse operations and workflows 
  • Experience with IT desktop equipment and asset management 
  • Experience leading and motivating warehouse teams 
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and operations 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience managing large-scale warehouse operations (multi-site or high-value inventory) 
  • Experience supporting federal or DoD programs 
  • Knowledge of IT asset tracking systems and ServiceNow 
  • Certifications in supply chain, logistics, or project management (PMP, CSCP, etc.) 
  • Experience with performance-based logistics and process optimization
