Marketing Coordinator

Summary Objective: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the corporate marketing team of a growing health club company. This role is essential in coordinating and executing marketing initiatives across multiple locations, helping to drive brand awareness, member engagement, and overall growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple projects with ease, and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.

Essential Functions:

• Deliver the ultimate fitness experience to every member, every time.
• Provide day-to-day support to the marketing team, including managing project timelines, handling internal requests, and ensuring effective communication across departments.
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to support new club openings, promotions, and seasonal initiatives—ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
• Track and report on campaign performance, analyzing key marketing metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI to support data-driven decisions and ongoing optimization.
• Coordinate signage, in-club collateral, and branded materials, working cross-functionally with operations, design, and facilities teams to ensure timely production, delivery, and installation across all locations.
• Manage ordering, inventory, and delivery tracking for promotional materials, branded merchandise, uniforms, and club supplies, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely fulfillment.

Experience, Education and Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business administration with a concentration in marketing, or related field required
• 2 - 4 years of experience in marketing, communication or project coordination role
• Basic understanding of marketing tactics including digital marketing, content creation, social media, and brand promotion
• Proficiency with various software and tools such as Asana, Hubspot, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet
• Exposure to Google Analytics
• Experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality industries is preferred

• Proven track record in supporting cross-departmental projects remotely and working independently.
• Effective project manager who realizes plans on time and on budget and is comfortable using project management tools like Asana

• A nimble problem solver who anticipates issues and solutions to drive success
• Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence others
