Summary Objective: The Office Manager oversees all Corporate Office operations. This role is responsible for managing office services, coordinating internal activities and meetings, and ensuring an organized, efficient, and compliant workplace environment.
Essential Functions:
- Extend a friendly greeting and farewell to all corporate office visitors, answer questions, and offer assistance and support as requested
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment
- Oversee supplies, vendors, scheduling, and administrative support services
- Maintain office policies, records, and compliance with company standards
- Coordinate internal communications, meetings, and office events
- Foster a positive and professional office culture
- Coordinate all corporate office events and meetings
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate overall administrative activities for executive leadership team
- Supervise maintenance and alteration of office areas as well as layout, arrangement and housekeeping of office facilities
- Negotiate the purchase of office supplies and furniture, office equipment, etc., for the Corporate Office in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions
- Supervises the maintenance of office equipment, including copiers, fax machines, etc.
- Manage day-to-day facilities operations (such as distributing building access keys and back-up to security access cards, etc.)
- Update phone directories and contact databases on a monthly basis
- Organize and clean break room and kitchen
- Order new and replenish current break room supplies as needed
- Assists with setting up and breakdown of corporate office events and meetings including food and beverage orders, a/v set-up, etc.
- Assist with the organization and execution of corporate office wellness events and communications
- Manage Onboarding for all new Corporate Office Employees including establishing and cleaning new workspace, scheduling meetings with Senior Leadership, and leading office tours
- Serves as liaison between building property management and corporate office
- Manage mail and package deliveries and shipments and handle distribution
- Participate in special department projects as needed
- Manipulate and enter data into a variety of platforms including Smartsheet and Microsoft Excel
- Work mornings, nights and weekends as necessary
- Assume other duties as assigned
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- At least two years of previous experience in office management

- Working knowledge of mail processes such as postage machine, FedEx and UPS
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google Drive)
- Basic knowledge of Smartsheet
