Parsons is looking for a talented Staff Officer (SO) to join our team! In this role, you will provide high-level, personalized support to executives, acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to drive progress on high-priority initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide strategic, personalized support to one or more executives, serving as a "chief of staff" to maximize effectiveness.
- Manage complex travel coordination in collaboration with a Specialized Service Coordinator to ensure seamless arrangements.
- Engage with external stakeholders on behalf of the executive(s), facilitating key relationships and representing the agency with professionalism and discretion.
- Anticipate needs, prepare critical materials, and provide strategic assistance to support high-priority initiatives.
- Navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and offer proactive, solutions-oriented counsel.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience in executive-level support or strategic advisory roles.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity effectively.

Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.
