Community Day Site Assistant ManagerÂ
JOB HIGHLIGHTSÂ
Qualifications:Â Â
- High School graduate or equivalentÂ
- Three (3) years of experience working with persons with disabilities or in a nursing home or health care facilityÂ
- Experience overseeing activity services and programming beneficialÂ
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Â
Responsibilities:Â Â
- Possess knowledge of varying disabilities and their impact on functional and learning capabilitiesÂ
- Ability to work independently and creatively, problem solve as needs arise for individuals and staff that you supportÂ
- Work with site manager and lead to coordinate daily schedules, activities, and responsibilitiesÂ
- Provide coverage and support when Manager and Lead are out of the officeÂ
- Possesses ability to break tasks down to achievable componentsÂ
- Â Ability to perform case management dutiesÂ
- Observe and record pertinent information and performance of assigned individualsÂ
- Evaluate the performance of adults with disabilities to make recommendations concerning goals and objectivesÂ
- Monitor individuals assigned and address needs, behaviors, and personal care requirementsÂ
- This position requires a company email address which requires an application to be downloaded on your personal cell phone for multi-factor authentication (MFA) to ensure cyber security.Â
