Ampersand Therapy is hiring a 1:1 Behavior Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year in the McMinnville, OR area. What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma required; RBT certification preferred
• Previous experience supporting behavior within the classroom setting
• Must pass background check and fingerprint clearance
