Marketing Manager

Precision Analytical (PA) is the creator of the DUTCH Test, an innovative hormone test that creates better tools for healthcare professionals to explore hormone issues with their patients. PA exists to make it easier for patients and their healthcare providers to find answers to complex clinical questions. This position is located in McMinnville, Oregon, in the beautiful Willamette Valley. We are seeking candidates who can work effectively from both a home office and our McMinnville office or other worksites.

We may allow for out-of-state candidates who are in the states we currently have employees in. This includes Alabama, Arizonia, California, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Montana, New Jersey, North Carolina, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will provide support to marketing initiatives and production projects, developing compelling brand narratives, leading campaign execution, and keeping complex marketing projects on track. The ideal candidate brings both creative instincts and operational discipline and thrives in an environment where big-picture thinking and day-to-day execution go hand in hand. This role reports to the Director of Marketing.

Major Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Accountable for planning, administering, and completing assigned projects, particularly in marketing and production, that are directly related to key business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to prioritize initiatives and translate strategic goals into actionable content and campaign plans
  • Manage and lead marketing team members; coach team to meet objectives and customer service expectations, and to achieve personal development goals
  • Set clear expectations, priorities, and timelines to ensure high-quality execution and timely delivery of marketing and production projects
  • Serve as a point of escalation for project challenges, resource constraints, and cross-functional alignment issues
  • Foster strong working relationships and collaboration across teams, promoting transparency and shared ownership of outcomes
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, recommending efficiencies, and modeling best practices in project execution
  • Support in the development and content strategy across channels: digital, print, social, and internal communications, ensuring messaging is consistent, on-brand, and aligned with business objectives
  • Monitor content performance and apply data-driven insights to refine messaging strategies and improve audience engagement
  • Create, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives, focusing specifically on marketing outcomes and production deliverables.
  • Become an expert-user of the company’s project management software; build and maintain marketing project calendars and support users with software questions or needs.
  • Effectively collaborate with other departments as needed to align marketing and production projects with broader company initiatives.
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings or other communications, including presentation, print-outs, project calendars, notifications, etc.
  • Assess risks in project activities or timelines, communicate timely, and provide proactive solutions where applicable.
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and that all documentation is maintained effectively, either electronically or on paper.
  • Coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information, liaising with external vendors as necessary to meet project requirements.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, marketing, communications or related field; 5+ years’ experience with project coordination and producing, brand marketing or similar responsibilities
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including guiding teams, leading cross-functional initiatives, or managing contributors in a project-based environment
  • Experience in a healthcare industry highly desirable
  • Proven experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously, writing and editing copy, and marketing tools
  • Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and Project Management software
  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, meeting organization, and other administrative procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple priorities and work with multiple leaders
  • Strong attention to detail; including the ability to accurately draft and proof written correspondence, with few errors
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (verbal/writing) effectively, internally and externally
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be results oriented
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights and/or weekends as needed

Work Environment:

This position is located in an office (or employee remote) environment with frequent use of a computer and related hardware. A person must be able to stand and/or sit; see, hear and talk; use hands to type, handle or feel tools or controls; use hands and arms to reach.

Occasionally lifting/moving up to 30lbs is also required.

In addition, this position may require infrequent travel to various sites including Precision Analytical locations, stores or vendor locations, training or meeting venues.
