Roles and Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret basic blueprints.
- Complete daily stock inventory reports.
- Order and maintain proper inventory levels of materials.
- Unload raw materials from semi-trucks and store materials.
- Maintain equipment and ensure work area cleanliness and safety.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance on saw equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety practices, regulations, and requirements.
- Operate overhead crane and forklift.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate strong work ethics and a positive attitude.
Knowledge of:
- Trade tools, equipment, materials, and methods used in safe band saw operation.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Strong time management skills to meet schedules and deadlines.
- Proficiency in maintaining routine records.
Qualifications:
- Prior manufacturing experience using a band saw.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license or forklift operator’s license.
Salary: $18.00 per hour
1st shift: 6am-2:30pm
