ROLEÂ
The Digital Banking and IT Coordinator supports the Bank’s Digital Banking Program, Information Security Program, and IT Governance Program through coordination, documentation, communication, tracking, and administrative support. This position assists with organizing technology initiatives, digital banking services, regulatory documentation, IT projects, and governance activities. This position works closely with the IT Director and other departments to help keep projects, program requirements, reports, and documentation organized, current, and moving forward. This position is coordination-focused and does not perform technical system administration, cybersecurity operations, Information Security Officer responsibilities, or final approval of technology or governance decisions. Â
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSÂ
This position is responsible for the following functions:Â
Digital BankingÂ
• Coordinate and administer the Bank’s digital banking services to ensure products, services, and customer-facing technology solutions are effectively implemented, maintained, communicated, and continuously improvedÂ
• Coordinate digital banking implementations, upgrades, and enhancements Â
• Coordinate online banking, mobile banking, bill pay, mobile deposit, digital account opening, debit card controls, eStatements, and any other digital programÂ
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)Â
• Maintain procedures and documentationÂ
• Facilitate employee training related to digital banking productsÂ
• Coordinate customer communications with the Marketing DepartmentÂ
• Monitor adoption and usage metricsÂ
• Coordinate employee trainingÂ
• Coordinate website updates, testing, and enhancement requestsÂ
Information Security Program Â
• Maintain annual Information Security program calendarÂ
• Facilitate annual Information Security risk assessmentsÂ
• Coordinate annual policy reviews and approvalsÂ
• Maintain Information Security Program records, documentation, and supporting materialsÂ
• Track findings, recommendations, and remediation activities to support risk management effortsÂ
• Coordinate penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and related follow-up activitiesÂ
• Coordinate disaster recovery testing and tabletop simulationsÂ
• Collect, organize, and maintain documentation supporting regulatory, audit, and compliance requirementsÂ
• Prepare reports and materials for Executive Leadership Team and Board of DirectorsÂ
• Serve as a liaison for examiner, auditor, and regulatory documentation requestsÂ
• Support the maintenance of Information Security dashboards and metricsÂ
• Monitor program deadlines, track action items, and follow up to ensure timely completion of assigned activitiesÂ
This position supports the Bank’s Information Security Program through coordination, documentation,Â
reporting, and administrative oversight but does not make Information Security decisions, approve risk, orÂ
perform technical cybersecurity functions. Â
IT GovernanceÂ
• Maintain IT governance documentation, records, and supporting materials Â
• Facilitate the review, approval, and maintenance of IT policies and procedures Â
• Coordinate annual vendor governance and due diligence activitiesÂ
• Track software licensing agreements, maintenance contracts, and renewal schedulesÂ
• Support and coordinate IT audits, regulatory examinations, and related documentation requestsÂ
• Maintain technology inventories and governance records to support operational and compliance requirements Â
• Organize IT strategic planning documentation Â
• Monitor governance action items and follow up to ensure timely completionÂ
• Coordinate change management documentation and recordkeeping activitiesÂ
• Assist with preparing governance dashboards, management reports, and executive reporting materialsÂ
• Maintain committee records, meeting minutes, agendas, and supporting documentation Â
This position supports the Bank’s IT Governance Program through coordination, documentation, andÂ
administrative oversight but does not make technology decisions or approve governance policies. Â
IT Projects Â
• Maintain the IT project portfolio and project recordsÂ
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and progress updatesÂ
• Facilitate project meetingsÂ
• Maintain project plans, documentation, and supporting materialsÂ
• Coordinate project communicationsÂ
• Prepare project status reportsÂ
• Support departments with technology implementations, conversions, and related initiativesÂ
KnowBe4 Â
• Administer and schedule employee security awareness training programsÂ
• Coordinate phishing simulations and security awareness campaignsÂ
• Track training participation, completion rates, and program effectiveness metricsÂ
• Prepare management reports for reviewÂ
• Coordinate annual security awareness training for the Board of DirectorsÂ
• Maintain user assignments, groups, and training enrollments within the platformÂ
• Manage new employee enrollment and onboarding within the security awareness programÂ
Website Â
• Coordinate website updates and content changes in partnership with the Marketing Department Â
• Maintain accurate and current information regarding the Bank’s products, services, and offeringsÂ
• Coordinate the publication of fraud alerts and security noticesÂ
• Maintain branch location, contact, and operational information on the websiteÂ
• Perform website testing and quality assurance activities following updates, enhancements, and content changesÂ

QUALIFICATIONSÂ
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred   Â
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of Digital Banking Platforms, banking operations, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, project coordination; Preferred knowledge of FFIEC Guidelines, GLBA, and KnowBe4Â
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Â Banking experience preferred
Digital Banking product experience preferredÂ
Project coordination experience preferredÂ
Regulatory or compliance documentation experience preferred Â
