Essential/Key Functions:
路 Supports various leadership as needed.
路 Answers rollover phone calls and routes call inquiries to the appropriate person.
路 Assists in planning and hosting customer visits and events. Welcomes customers/visitors
路 Processes and transmits various systems reports for management.
路 Prepare conference or event materials, such as flyers or invitations.
路 Shop uniform management.
路 Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
路 Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, and/or other materials.
路 Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Competencies:
路 Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
路 Ability to prioritize workload and perform with minimal supervision.
路 Ability to build working relationships with external customers and with all levels of the organization.
Minimum (Required) Qualifications:
路 High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
路 A minimum of 2 to 5 years of administrative experience is preferred.
路 Experience/knowledge working with office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems.
路 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
路 Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
