Year-Round Impact: Continue providing care through the summer months. The Role As the dedicated clinician for McPherson High School, you will work directly on-site to provide evidence-based therapy. You’ll be the bridge between clinical care and the classroom, collaborating closely with teachers, counselors, and families. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual and family therapy to adolescents within the school setting. Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Partner with school administrators and special education staff to support student needs. Manage your own schedule independently to meet the needs of your caseload. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate with utilization review. Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Kansas behavioral health license (LMSC, LBSW, LPC, etc.). Ability to pass all state-mandated background checks, including KDADS, PRTF, and DCF (Adult and Child Abuse) registries. Why Prairie View?
