Job Summary
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring plastic manufacturing equipment to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. This role includes inspecting products, packaging materials, supplying raw materials, and performing basic troubleshooting on equipment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Package and label finished products.
- Supply raw materials to production lines.
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting and report equipment issues.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
- Ability to lift, stand, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
