Job Title: Central Supply Clerk
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 32–40 hours per week

Position Summary:
Our healthcare facility is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Central Supply Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will support daily operations by managing supply requests, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring departments have the materials they need to provide excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile supply requests and prepare purchase orders 
  • Track purchases and maintain accurate supply records 
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available 
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all supply transactions 
  • Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies 
  • Collaborate with departments to meet supply needs efficiently 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred 
  • Previous experience not required; on-the-job training provided 
  • Ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions 
  • Experience with database systems, inventory software, and order processing systems preferred 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
