Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time Day Shift
Location: Meade District Hospital, Meade, KS
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift
Flexible Self-Scheduling | 2 Weekends/Month Required | Sign-On Bonus Available

Join our team at Meade District Hospital!
We are looking for a caring and dependable full-time RN to join our day shift team. This position provides direct patient care, supports providers, and helps ensure a positive patient experience. Occasional charge nurse duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; must have passed NCLEX
   
• Current Kansas RN license
   
• 30 CEUs every two years
   
• Current ACLS, PALS, TNCC (or willingness to renew within 3 months)
   
• CPR certification every 2 years
   

Responsibilities

• Provide quality, patient-centered care
   
• Follow policies, safety practices, and infection control standards
   
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
   
• Assist providers with exams and procedures
   
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
   
• Administer medications
   
• Perform thorough patient assessments
   
• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and IAs
   
• Maintain patient confidentiality
   
• Attend required trainings and meetings
   
• Perform other duties as assigned
