Position Overview: Lone Tree Retirement Community is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents’ daily needs while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities: As a CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant at Lone Tree Retirement Community, your responsibilities will include: Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Providing compassionate, high-quality care in alignment with Lone Tree Retirement Community standards Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team Supporting residents with mobility and transfers Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment Building trusting and respectful relationships with residents and their families Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes for residents  Qualifications Qualifications: Active certification as a CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant Previous experience as a CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and dependable Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
