Key Responsibilities: As an LPN – Day Shift / Night Shift at Lone Tree Retirement Community, your responsibilities will include: Providing direct nursing care to residents during Day Shift or Night Shift Administering medications and treatments as prescribed Monitoring and documenting residents’ health status Communicating effectively with physicians, families, and the care team Supervising, assisting and supporting CNAs to ensure quality care Responding to resident needs with compassion and professionalism Upholding the standards and values of Lone Tree Retirement Community   QualificationsQualifications: Current, active license as an LPN – Day Shift / Night Shift Previous experience as an LPN – Day Shift / Night Shift preferred, but not required Strong clinical and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused
