What you'll do:
- Lead the design, development, and integration of automation systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize data analysis and advanced analytics to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation potential.
- Manage multiple projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology changes and resolve automation-related issues.
- Develop and document process flows, test automation solutions, and measure project performance against established criteria.
- Support talent development by coaching team members and fostering continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in automation system design, integration, and project management within complex operational environments.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and advanced analytics to drive strategic decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen to enhance process efficiency.
- Solid understanding of engineering economics and business case development to support automation investments.
- Effective communication skills to influence stakeholders and present data-driven insights clearly and concisely.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver results aligned with organizational goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
