What you'll do:

Lead the design, development, and integration of automation systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Utilize data analysis and advanced analytics to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation potential.
Manage multiple projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology changes and resolve automation-related issues.
Develop and document process flows, test automation solutions, and measure project performance against established criteria.
Support talent development by coaching team members and fostering continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll bring:

Proven experience in automation system design, integration, and project management within complex operational environments.
Strong proficiency in data analysis and advanced analytics to drive strategic decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen to enhance process efficiency.
Solid understanding of engineering economics and business case development to support automation investments.
Effective communication skills to influence stakeholders and present data-driven insights clearly and concisely.
Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver results aligned with organizational goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
