At Ferraro Foods, our lumpers play a key role in keeping product flowing through the warehouse so our customers across the food industry get what they need, when they need it.

We’re looking for a Warehouse Lumper who’s hardworking, dependable, and ready to jump in and keep operations moving.

This role is internally titled Warehouse Multifunction Associate.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Unload inbound shipments and break down product from delivery trucks
• Handle returned product, pallets, and materials from incoming loads
• Move product throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and equipment
• Build, break down, and restack pallets while maintaining safe load stability
• Repack, rotate, and organize product to keep inventory accurate
• Stage product in the correct areas to support warehouse flow
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift

The Ingredients for Success

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull product (up to 80 lbs repeatedly throughout the entire shift)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Comfortable working in multi-temperature environments (including refrigerated and freezer areas)
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities

The Details

• Environment: Multi-temperature warehouse (including refrigerated and freezer areas)
• Equipment: Pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
• Schedule: Mon - Fri | 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Pay: $16 - $18 per hour
