Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (ONSITE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)

Purpose of Position:

As an Executive Assistant at West Shore Home, you will provide administrative support to the executive team including, but not limited to, calendar support, planning of department functions, assisting with meetings, and corporate travel and reservations for the Executive team including the Chief Technology Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Digital and AI Officer.  (Other executives as assigned.)

Key Role Accountabilities:

  • Manage the Executive receptionist desk and admit visitors.
  • Assist departments leaders in planning events specific to the executives and/or their departments while maintaining confidentiality regarding Executive functions.
  • Manage corporate travel and expenses for assigned Executives and the consumer finance lending portals for new hires.
  • Assist in preparation of critical corporate memos published by assigned Executives.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. The company does not and will not sponsor employment visas.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • An energetic, detail and deadline-oriented team player who exhibits great time management, is a self-starter, and exercises discretion and sound judgement.
  • Proven ability to send communication and critical data free of typos and errors.
