This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, supporting leaders and team members, and helping create a positive workplace culture.  In this role, you will provide practical HR guidance in areas such as employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, policy interpretation, and HR programs. You will partner with leaders across the organization to support engagement, retention, compliance, and a strong One Team culture.    Key Responsibilities    Partner with leaders to support employee relations, performance management, engagement, and retention  Provide coaching and guidance on HR policies, practices, and workplace matters.  Support investigations, conflict resolution, and consistent application of HR processes  Collaborate with departments to understand operational needs and identify opportunities for HR support  Assist with recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and HR projects  Use HR data and trends to recommend practical solutions that support organizational goals  Assist in creating and delivering training opportunities     Essential Qualifications    At least 5 years of HR experience, including employee relations, performance management, training and/or talent acquisition.  Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment practices, and applicable regulations  Sound judgment, professionalism, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills  Ability to build relationships, influence positively, and support a collaborative workplace culture     Preferred Qualifications    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field  Experience in a nursing or Continuous Care Retirement Community setting  Experience developing and delivering training and learning opportunities for diverse audiences  Familiarity with Paycom HRIS  Demonstrated success in fostering employee engagement and a positive work culture  Experience with performance management processes, including goal setting and resolution     Why You Should Choose to Work with Us      At Messiah Lifeways, you’ll be part of a caring, purpose-driven organization that values collaboration, service, and a One Team culture.
