Join Our Growing Rehab Team – Now Hiring:  SLP (Full-Time)

 

New grads Welcome!  – CFY with supervision on site

 

We’re expanding—and bringing cutting-edge innovation with us. Our personal care facility is launching a new, tech-forward rehab program focused on neuro recovery and cognitive decline, using gamified therapy and interactive technology to deliver better outcomes and more engaging care.

Hospital Details

VibraLife is a Rehabilitation Center and Senior Living Community comprised of a short-term rehabilitation/skilled nursing facility as well as an assisted living unit. Located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, Vibralife is a beautiful, one-story, state-of-the-art facility that includes the Vibra Rehabilitation Center and Vibra Senior Living. Expertly designed to address comprehensive care and living needs post injury or illness, VibraLife delivers a fully integrated care continuum for both patients and residents.

Responsibilities

Responsible for providing and directing Speech-Language Pathologist services to residents including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication. Functions under physician’s orders

 

Required Skills:

  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Speech Therapist in the state of employment required.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP or in the process of completing Clinical Fellowship Year required.
  • Member of American Speech-Language and Hearing Association required.
  • Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

  • Knowledge of One (1) year of experience preferred
  • Skilled Nursing Facility Medicare skilled services requirements preferred.
  • Ability to project a professional image.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
  • Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
  • Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
