Employed on a per-load-unit basis for a given semester or term. Sole contracted responsibilities are those activities required in the delivery of a course (e.g., mentoring/coaching, preparation, teaching, grading, office hours). In some instances, there may be some contracted responsibilities for advising, course development or meeting other departmental needs.

Simulation laboratories include advanced simulation with medium and high-fidelity human simulators. Students also have opportunities for cross-cultural experiences, and intercultural competency development is encouraged.
