KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Yardman, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the upkeep, maintenance, and optimization of our yard and storage areas. Whether you're clearing debris, maintaining equipment, or assisting with logistics, your efforts will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Key responsibilities include the following. Others may be assigned.

• Assist with the launching, hauling, and moving of boats using specialized equipment like forklifts and travel lifts.
• Prepare boats for storage, which can include winterization and applying bottom paint. Clean, wash, and detail boats as needed, including pressure washing.
• Organize and maintain the cleanliness of the boatyard, docks, and other facilities. Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or spills to management.
• Provide general support to marine technicians with repairs and service projects.
• Assist boat owners and visitors with docking, departing, and other marina needs.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies in the field.
• Team oriented attitude with a high-energy personality.
• Ability to workdays, nights, and weekends as needed.
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new products. Valid driver's license.
