Our client is one of Massachusetts most reputable General Contractors with a strong presence in Boston's life science, lab, and healthcare markets. They have established themselves as a leading contractor with local hospitals, academic institutions, and bio pharmaceutical companies over the past 30 years, resulting in more than 90% of their work coming from repeat business. With a significant pipeline of projects to carry them through this year and next, they are looking for an Assistant Superintendent to join their team.

Description

The Assistant Superintendent -Life Science Projects- Boston will be responsible for:

• reporting directly to the Lead Superintendent
• working alongside and communicating effectively with the Project Management team
• tracking daily reports
• coordinating subcontractors
• ensuring the project is being completed according to budget and schedule

Profile

The Assistant Superintendent -Life Science Projects- Boston will have:

• at least 1 year of experience in construction
• experience as a Field/Project Engineer or Assistant Superintendent (preferred)
• commercial background experience
• a bachelor's degree in a construction-related field (preferred)
• excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Offer

The Assistant Superintendent -Life Science Projects- Boston will receive:

• a competitive base salary up to $105,000 dependent on experience
• monthly car allowance
• annual bonus potential
