The Machine Operator Sanitation will be trained and qualified by the supervisor or crew leader in machine operations. Employees must be able to operate, clean, and adjust sanitation equipment. Trained and compliant with Lock-out / Tag-out procedures, Hazmat, and allergen policies. Must follow BCK Food Safety and Sanitation requirements. This crew member will be responsible for cleaning and sanitation of production areas.  Times and days may vary depending on production needs. Overtime may be required. 

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent education preferred. 
  • 1-2 years’ experience in similar position preferred. 
  • Use of hands/wrist, walking, bending, balancing, twisting, and reaching. 
  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds. 
  • Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours. 
  • Will be working in dust, noise, and varied temperatures. 
  • Must adhere to Department Dress Code and Sanitation requirements. 
  • Must be flexible with schedule changes. 
  • Compliance with company attendance standards.  
  • This is a safety sensitive position, subject to initial and follow-up drug testing. 
  • FLSA status – Hourly Non-Exempt.
