Customer Service Coordinator

Position Summary
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for our patients and clinical teams. You will manage high-volume incoming calls, coordinate patient scheduling, and provide essential administrative support to our On-Call clinicians in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Call Management: Professionally triage incoming calls to ensure patient satisfaction and timely care coordination.
- Scheduling: Maintain and update patient service schedules, ensuring direct care staff have accurate directions and patient information.
- Clinical Support: Act as a liaison between patients and the clinical team, reporting concerns to supervisors immediately and ensuring safe coverage of patient needs.
- Information Security: Handle all patient and employee data with strict confidentiality in compliance with agency policies.
- Communication: Stay current on department protocols and participate in team meetings to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years in customer service (Healthcare setting preferred).
- Education: Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Tech Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word).
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and persuasive in high-pressure situations.
- Bilingual: Conversational Spanish is a plus!

Physical Requirements
This is primarily a seated office role requiring frequent use of computers/phones and occasional standing or lifting (up to 25 lbs).
