- Lead and supervise the valet team while maintaining exceptional customer-service standards.
- Personally welcome customers and create a warm, professional first impression.
- Greet guests by name whenever possible and anticipate their needs.
- Coordinate vehicle arrivals, departures, parking, and retrieval efficiently and safely.
- Ensure every customer’s vehicle is treated with the highest level of care.
- Assist customers with directions, dealership amenities, appointments, and general questions.
- Partner closely with the Service, Sales, and Management teams to create a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor customer flow and proactively address potential delays or service issues.
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, urgency, and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Train and coach valet team members on hospitality, communication, appearance, safety, and service standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and welcoming valet area.
- Serve as a visible leader who sets the tone for exceptional hospitality throughout the dealership.
