Grounds Keeper

Rogue Valley Manor is Southern Oregon’s premier not-for-profit Life Plan Community, offering a vibrant campus with beautifully maintained grounds and exceptional amenities. We are seeking a Groundskeeper to help maintain and enhance our outdoor spaces while contributing to a safe, attractive, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members. 

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Perform grounds maintenance duties including landscaping, watering, debris removal, and general campus upkeep.
• Operate landscaping and light motorized equipment safely to complete assigned projects and maintenance tasks.
• Assist with trash, recycling, and compost removal throughout the community.
• Perform cleaning projects including pressure washing, leaf and debris removal, fountain cleaning, and common area maintenance.
• Support event setup and takedown activities while maintaining tools and equipment in good working order. 

About You:
• Minimum of one year of experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of landscape equipment, chemicals, and safe operating procedures.
• State Chemical Applicator License or willingness to pursue the license after hire.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering quality service for residents and guests.
