Housekeeper

Rogue Valley Manor is Southern Oregon’s premier not-for-profit Life Plan Community, home to nearly 1,000 residents on a beautiful and vibrant campus. Our community offers exceptional amenities and a full continuum of care, including Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. We are seeking a Healthcare Housekeeper to support our clinical environments by maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable space for residents, patients, and team members.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Provide routine and specialized housekeeping services within healthcare areas, including resident rooms, common areas, and clinical spaces.
• Perform deep cleaning and sanitation duties to support infection control standards and maintain a safe environment.
• Use cleaning equipment and products safely and in accordance with healthcare guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for residents and patients.
• Follow all safety and emergency procedures while delivering courteous, resident-focused service and completing other duties as assigned.

Sunday - Thursday: 8am-4:30pm 

About You
• Previous experience in housekeeping, healthcare cleaning, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, sanitation practices, and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Professional, reliable, and comfortable interacting with residents, patients, and staff.
