Grounds Keeper

Rogue Valley Manor is Southern Oregon’s premier not-for-profit Life Plan Community, offering a vibrant campus across more than 600 acres with beautiful outdoor spaces and a full continuum of care. We are seeking a Groundskeeper to help maintain and enhance our community’s outdoor environment while supporting a clean, safe, and welcoming experience for residents and guests.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Perform routine grounds maintenance and manual labor including landscaping, watering, debris removal, and general upkeep of outdoor spaces.
• Support trash, recycling, and compost removal while maintaining cleanliness throughout the campus.
• Operate light motorized and landscaping equipment safely to complete tasks such as leaf blowing, pressure washing, and general grounds care.
• Assist with event setup and take down, package delivery, and cleaning of shared spaces including loading docks and parking areas.
• Maintain tools and equipment, follow safety procedures, and respond calmly in emergency situations while performing other duties as assigned.

About You 
• Minimum of one year of experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of landscaping tools, equipment, and safe handling of chemicals.
• Ability to operate maintenance and landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact professionally with residents and team members.
