Job Description

Criterion Child Enrichment specializes in developmentally appropriate programs and services for young children and their families. The primary focus of early intervention is family education, training and support. Criterion’s Early Intervention Program, located in Stoneham, is currently seeking an Office Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to the Early Intervention Program Director
  • Complete weekly and monthly reporting as required
  • Establish and maintain program track and monitoring systems
  • Provide oversight to administrative support staff
  • Develops and maintains a data base to ensure compliance with timelines for IFSP development and IFSP review
  • Develops and maintains a data base to track collection of Family Participation Fees
  • Facilitates referrals to school systems and other community provider

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED - Associates preferred
  • Two years experience in office administrative support
  • Strong computer skills specifically in Excel and Word
  • Must have high attention to detail, be able to multi-task effectively, and have strong organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Bilingual - Spanish or Portuguese a plus!
