Position: Registered Nurse RN - Care Coordination
Shift: 8:00 am to 4: 30 pm; Monday - Friday + weekend and holiday rotations

Experience: 
1. Three years of recent clinical experience required
2. Leadership experience preferred. 

Education: 
1. Associates Degree OR BSN required upon hire; if Associates, BSN required within 3 years of hire
2. Master’s Degree in Clinical Discipline strongly preferred. 

Licensures/Certifications: 
Active PA RN license required

This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
