Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Cleans, washes, and sanitizes dishes.

Maintains and cleans all dish washing stations, tools, and equipment.

Maintains and cleans floors, work tables, work areas, bathrooms, and other areas as assigned.

Disposes of all trash, cardboard, and recycled materials properly in assigned dumpsters and maintains cleanliness and sanitation around dumpster areas.

Performs routine and non-routine "deep cleaning" jobs as assigned.

Assists with fundamental food prep and cooking related tasks as needed.

Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.

Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.

Entry Level Position.

Answer, report and follow to Kitchen Managers instructions.
