A DAY IN THE LIFEÂ
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle incoming calls in a fast-paced, remote environment—helping customers, answering questions, and making a real impact.Â
Â
You’ll:Â
- Put customers first and build trust
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Stay calm and empathetic under pressure
- Be reliable and meet performance goals
- Support payment needs and follow procedures
- Keep records accurate and respond to emails daily
- Pitch in when needed and stay flexible
- Work within a highly structured role with set start/end times and scheduled breaks
- Adhere to set start/end times and scheduled breaks
- Stay fully present and engaged throughout your shift
- Follow the proper steps to request time off

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORÂ
Required:Â
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call-center/dispatcher settingÂ
- Must live within 50 miles of Halfmoon, Medina, or Rochester, NY
- Strong verbal and written communicationÂ
- Organizational and problem-solving skillsÂ
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systemsÂ
- Experience in a virtual desktop environmentÂ
- Distraction-free remote workspaceÂ
- High school diploma or GED
Â
Preferred:Â
- Familiarity with AS400.
Â
Additional expectations:Â
- Participate in virtual interviews using a computer with a working camera OR schedule an in-person interview
