Frontend Lead - Full-Time

FRONTEND LEAD:  Shift leader providing direct support to the Service and Facilities Manager and Point of Sale Team Lead, and monitoring customer service on the store’s Frontend (excluding Service Center). This person's primary duties involve direct supervision of the store's baggers, pick-up lane, and the parking lot activity including training and orientation, covering Frontend operations when POS is out of store, runs podium on Frontend, break scheduling, and covers cash register and Fast Lane when required while maintaining outstanding service on the Frontend.
 

1. Availability:  Must be available to be scheduled 35+hrs a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.
2. Previous Work Experience: Demonstrated leadership ability and minimum – 12 months Buehler’s carryout with pick up lane experience required. Carry out lead, Cashier and Fast Lanes experience preferred.
3. Physical Demands:  Walking, bending, stooping, carrying, loading, etc.; repetitive lifting to 50#; occasional lifting to 80#.
