Medina, OH | Full-Time | Weekly Pay

Earn Up To $21+/hr with Incentives!

Base Pay: $17.38/hr
+ $3.00/hr Shift Premium (2nd Shift)
+ $1.50/hr Attendance Bonus (Weekly)
+ $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be part of a team producing ready-to-eat foods like salads and soups in a clean, fast-paced environment.

You may work in roles such as:

Packers / Case Packers – Pack and inspect finished products
Line Leads – Help run the line and support the team
Clean Room Operators – Work in controlled environments operating filling equipment
Tray / Hand Fillers – Fill products to correct weight and specs
Potato Unloaders – Move trays and materials (higher physical role)
Ingredient Handlers / Prep – Weigh and stage ingredients
Production Support – Rotate across lines assisting wherever needed

Qualifications

Work Environment

Refrigerated facility (30–38°F)
Fast-paced, team-based production
Strict food safety standards (GMP)

What You Need

Ability to stand for 8–12 hours
Lift up to 50–65 lbs
Reliable and ready to work
Manufacturing experience is a plus—but not required
