What You'll Do
- Create and manage purchase orders
- Coordinate with vendors on pricing, deliveries, and product availability
- Monitor inventory and support replenishment
- Track open orders and shipment schedules
- Maintain purchasing records and reports
- Partner with Sales, Warehouse, and Operations teams
- Resolve purchasing and vendor issues
- Help keep our supply chain running smoothly
We're Looking For
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience in purchasing, inventory, foodservice, restaurant operations is highly preferred.Ā
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Food distribution or wholesale food experience
- ERP or inventory management system experience
- Purchasing or procurement background
