FP&A Analyst

Location: Melbourne, Florida – this is a 100% on-site role

Date: August 2026

Key Responsibilities

  • Forecasting and Planning (“FP&A”)
    • Create, manage, and submit Budget & Forecasts.
    • Report and Explain variances to outlook/plan/prior year in a clear manner
    • Establish accuracy in results by anticipating surprises and holding others accountable to outlook
    • Support in quarterly presentations
    • Work closely with Accounting Manager to ensure that Inventory and Cost Accounting processes are in place and metrics established
  • Operations
    • Continuously challenge the organization to simplify and to deliver incremental improvements
    • Model out different scenarios for the business (break-even analysis, cost reduction targets)
    • Evaluate the merits of Capital Expenditures (payback, EBITDA impact, cash flow analysis)
    • Track and measure true impact on P&L of Pricing Actions and Process improvement initiatives.




Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, prefer accounting or finance or a related field preferred, plus a minimum of 5 years of direct industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
