Job Summary

At Meg O'Malley's our service team are our ambassadors! Servers are dedicated to 110% Guest satisfaction. Our servers must strive to reach a level of fun and enthusiasm backed by great service, which sets us apart from other restaurants. It is your job to ensure our Guests receive this experience.

About You:

Friendly, warm and caring attitude that is always ready to greet Guests and team with a smile
Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Works well with a team
Must be 18 years old or older, to serve alcohol. Not 18? Apply for a Hostess, Busser or kitchen position!
Experience is a plus, but not required! We will train you!

The Job:

Give a warm welcome to every Guest
Be fluent in Menu Knowledge, specials and event details
Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle and count money
Expedite food, get beverages, and deliver these items to our Guests
Communicate effectively with Guests, team members and management
Helping fellow Team Members when appropriate
Able to work walking/standing for 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift
Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary (30 lbs.)
Maintain cleanliness throughout dining room and restaurant to company standards
