Your Role as Clinical Team Support
In this role, you will support daily clinical operations by coordinating schedules and ensuring seamless communication between patients and clinicians.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling patient visits in accordance with physician orders and care plansÂ
- Coordinating clinician schedules to optimize productivity and coverageÂ
- Managing daily scheduling changes, call-outs, and urgent visit needsÂ
- Answering and triaging incoming calls to support clinical operationsÂ
- Tracking medical supplies and supporting RAP/EOE processesÂ
- Maintaining accurate scheduling and documentation within the EMRÂ
- Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks as neededÂ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (in-office role)
Compensation: negotiable, based on experience

Qualifications
- High school diploma (required)Â
- Prior home health scheduling experience (required)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skillsÂ
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environmentÂ
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesÂ
